Wedding : September 11th

Congratulations to Steve & Nichole! Such a fun group to work with. The day did not start off the best weather wise but they never let it dampen their spirits. Thankfully the rain stopped by the afternoon and we were able to get some beautiful outdoor shots...and stay dry. The sun even peeked out later on in the early evening and filled the gorgeous reception hall with sunlight. Best wishes to the new Mr & Mrs!

Change is coming...

Whew, that sounded a bit political. I am officially moved out of my space in downtown Kaukauna but it is a positive change. We purchased land earlier this year and will be building our hew home along with a studio space in the near future. Lots of new things happening at SMP but I will share more later. I will miss being downtown, I could step right outside my door and have endless spots for shooting. And of course being able to cross the street for a slice of HoHo's pie....will miss that a lot! More posts to come soon with updates and all the changes for 2011.

Couldn't post without a photo. Here is one from my trip to Colorado taken while hiking the foothills. So odd to find steps out in the middle of nowhere.

Senior Portrait Sneak Peek

Meet Kendra! She has the nicest neighbors that let us tromp all over their beautiful property for her pictures. I would love to have a few big old barns in my backyard for portraits!

Senior Portrait Sneak Peek

Just a few of my favorites from Jana's recent session, it was hard to narrow them down! I had to share the one of her and Oreo the dog because I am a huge dog lover, so cute!

Senior Portraits

Here are a few from Marissa's recent session. Thankfully we had great weather for her session...as in no humidity. I am ready for fall if summer is going to keep this strange weather coming! Marissa has the most beautiful eyes, I don't even know what color you would call them but I envy her!
