Silly sisters

There is just something precious to me about siblings, they seem to have this way of making each other laugh like no one else can. I don't think I know a girl that did not play "ring-around-the-rosie" so I wanted to capture that with these two. London has quite the funny personality but I cannot take all the credit, her big sis is really cracking her up in some of these...adorable!

What a doll! I photographed her parents wedding a few years back so it was exciting to catch up with them and see how their life has changed since the wedding...but it also makes me think where does the time go?!?

Wedding August 8th : Appleton, WI

Congratulations Mark & Jessica! This was the first wedding where I was not permitted to take any photographs during the ceremony...I wasn't sure if that rule applied to shooting through the closed glass doors in the back so I managed a few :-) They had three adorable flower girls with the cutest matching dresses and bright colorful flowers. Wedding July 25th

Congratulations to Adam and Beth who made their day so uniquely personal. He works with Combines so why not drive one to your wedding and then take your new bride to the reception in it...it was great! And it even coordinated with the color scheme of the wedding. Who else can say they had a combine at their wedding? We had some not so wonderful downpours on this day but thankfully it stopped long enough for photos next to the families cornfields. Such a fun and creative wedding! Best wishes!

Baby Portraits

I photographed this little guy back in February as a newborn and I almost cannot believe the difference. We all know that newborns do not do a whole lot besides eating, sleeping and pooping but for 6 months old this guy was active! He could sit up, army crawl, roll around, and pull himself up. I am betting he will be walking well before the one year mark! Just a fun little guy with quite the stylish wardrobe!

It was very hard to narrow down a few of my favorites from this session because there are so many so I decided to post the cover of her proofing book instead. Stephanie is quite the beauty but her personality had me laughing the whole time. We did some action shots in the studio with her pom uniform..just watching her stretch made me feel so out of shape!

Wedding July 18th, Green Bay

This wedding took place at the very beautiful Heritage Hill in Green Bay. They had gorgeous bright, colorful flowers unlike anything I have seen recently. If you love them send me an email and I can find out who their florist was. I do not think there was a dry eye on anyone at this wedding, the groom was a bit chocked up during the vows (love that!) and the speeches at dinner had everyone laughing and crying! Congratulations to Mark & Michelle, wishing you many years of happy tears and laughter!
